NMDA receptor / autoantibodies / monovalent antibody
Receptor location and the cause of its disruption can inform treatment design, beyond expression alone.
Culture washout is not selective antibody removal in patients; preclinical improvements do not establish clinical efficacy.
Patient selection, CSF-inclusive assessment, and ART5803 safety and clinical outcomes.
What would change our view: Reconsider if receptor protection fails to improve symptoms, or the target group cannot be identified reproducibly.
A prospective test proposal, not a prediction score. A graph connection does not validate this hypothesis.
