Recorded editorial state, not a maturity score
Recorded the bacterial experiments separately from the proposed mammalian application.

RNA sensing, retrons and DNA barcodes
Known strains can be tested in parallel. A mammalian version could separately record viral RNA and the host response to help track recovery.
A general detection limit, time to result and Detectron performance in mammalian cells remain open.
Test rare infections, cross-reactivity with related sequences and single-cell tag recovery and retention.
What would change our view: The approach would not resolve recovery if tags are lost or the sensor changes the immune response.
A prospective test proposal, not a prediction score. A graph connection does not validate this hypothesis.
