Platform trials / predictive models / trial-operation automation
The business question is whether a trial operation covering statistics, site work and regulatory evidence can become a service for the next customer, beyond a software demonstration.
A solicitation is not evidence of performance or revenue. Drug rights, model rights and data-use terms must be considered separately; IP terms depend on individual agreements.
Selected teams, trial execution, payment by later sponsors and terms for model and patient-data use.
What would change our view: Reconsider if customers will not pay after subsidies, trial quality or efficiency does not improve, or reusable contractual terms cannot be established.
A prospective test proposal, not a prediction score. A graph connection does not validate this hypothesis.
Who checks clinical AI decisions, and how is that supervision itself evaluated?

Trial infrastructure and clinical AI oversight are different programmes, compared here through validation and responsibility.
Examine continuing operations and payment for AI-enabled trials through the SURPASS solicitation.
Reading at the time: SURPASS calls for validation in real trials, with initial public support and a route to continuing operations. Participation does not establish an automatic allocation of drug development or commercial rights.
