Recorded editorial state, not a maturity score
Opened a separate card: a method claim and a disease finding need different tests.

Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) / immune signatures / T cells
Track the gap between discovery and treatment. Separate method evaluation from the disease claim so each can develop independently.
Validation within the collaboration is not replication by an independent team. It does not establish immunotherapy efficacy.
Peer review, replication by another team and prospective tests of the treatment hypothesis.
What would change our view: Reconsider if the signal fails independent replication or does not relate to treatment response.
A prospective test proposal, not a prediction score. A graph connection does not validate this hypothesis.
AutoDiscovery research collaboration and planned deployment expansion.
An editorial split of a real collaboration into a method question and an ILC disease hypothesis.
Opened a separate card: a method claim and a disease finding need different tests.
Reading at the time: Validation in additional data and tissue reported. Treatment benefit is unproven.
